The purpose of Semi Impact is to bring together corporates, investors, policy makers, and innovators to share knowledge, engage in thought-provoking conversations, and collaborate to advance the semiconductor industry.
Semiconductor is the backbone of our technology world, and all future technologies, from AI and autonomous cars to biomedical breakthroughs and space technology, rely on semiconductor innovation.
Semi Impact provides a platform for attendees to discuss the latest advancements, challenges, and opportunities in the semiconductor industry and its geopolitical implications.
It is our hope that Semi Impact will evolve into a staple annual event, serving as a global junction connecting industry leaders and facilitating crucial discussions within the semiconductor sector.
Building on the success of the forums held in London, UK in 2023 and 2024, we are trilled to annonuce a new serires event in Brno, Czech Republic, with a focus on AI and Automotive Technology sectors.
ABOUT SEMI IMPACT FORUM 2024 BRNO
As the Czech Republic and Taiwan are teaming up to strengthen the cooperation in semiconductor development, on the eve of the launch of the Czech-Taiwan Advanced Chip Design Research Center (ACDRC), we are hosting the Semi Impact Forum - Regional Chapter in Brno.
The forum will bring together prominent executives from the Czech National Semiconductor Cluster, Taiwan National Applied Research Laboratory—the leading semiconductor institute in Taiwan—and other key industry players. We are also excited to welcome Codasip and onsemi, which recently announced a $2B investment in its fab in the Czech Republic, alongside some of the most innovative semiconductor start-ups from both Czech and Taiwan.
Following TSMC's (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) plans for a new plant in Dresden, Germany, we will have comprehensive discussions about the semiconductor industry from the perspectives of government, academia, industries, and startups across Taiwan, the Czech Republic, the EU, and beyond.
