A serial entrepreneur and cultural innovator, ShaoLan founded pAsia, Taiwan’s first search engine company, in the 1990s—with backing from Intel and top Silicon Valley investors. She also created Chineasy, one of the world’s most influential platforms for Chinese language learning, and remains an active investor in global tech and education ventures. As Chief Strategy Officer, she shapes Semi Ventures’ long-term vision, guiding its approach to innovation, partnership, and sustainable growth.
